Quit or Take it to the Moon
The truth is that success does not result from extensive self management. Nor external management. Success comes from a person with with “leadership skills” having the vision , enthusiasm and willingness to interface with frontline leaders , who in turn use or share products , services and ideas. Then they simply teach them to duplicate the process and processes. The wheel , the circles go round and round , over and over , till success results.
